With the 2019-2020 Formula 1 season nearly over, it is that time again where we can begin to make predictions for next season. In this post, I will give my predictions for who will be the drivers next season.
Lewis Hamilton - Mercedes
The likely world champion for this year, is more than likely to stay with Mercedes for his age 36 season.
Valtteri Bottas - Mercedes
Mercedes has resigned the 31 year old through 2021-2022.
Max Verstappen - Red Bull
Max is the most promising youngster on the grid right now, which is why Red Bull locked him up until 2023.
Alex Albon - Red Bull
Even though Alex hasn't performed as well has he'd want too this year, he still has top 5 potential in his prime.
Charles Leclerc - Ferrari
The Ferrari car did not perform to its standards this year, so I expect Charles to be a tough one to beat in 2021.
Carlos Sainz - Ferrari
After showing his potential in the Mclaren car, Ferrari has taken the risk, and locked him up the youngster.
Lando Norris - Mclaren
The youngest driver on the grid this year, is expected to be the next big thing in F1.

Daniel Ricciardo - Mclaren
The Aussie found great success at Renault, with a podium in the last race. Can get the same success at Mac?
Lance Stroll - Racing Point
The Canadian had a phenominal year, but can he win without a Mercedes car?
Sebastian Vettel - Racing Point
Seb is struggling in 2020, but with a different car, he may be able to show is world class skill to the world.
Esteban Ocon - Alpine
With a pretty soild year in the Renault seat, he will hopefully have a similar year with Alpine next year.
Fernando Alonso - Alpine
After leaving F1 for IndyCar, the former champion is back, and will hopefully have a great year with Alpine.
Pierre Gasly - Alpha Tauri
After achieving his first ever F1 victory, Pierre is expected to return to Alpha Tauri for a couple more years.
Yuki Tsunoda - Alpha Tauri
Alpha Tauri need to move on from Daniil Kvyat, and Yuki is a perfect fit for this seat.
Kimi Raikkonen - Alfa Romeo
Kimi has taken part in the most races all time, and Alfa can count on him to help develop other youngsters.
Mick Schumacher - Alfa Romeo
The best F2 driver of 2020 is set to join Kimi in an Alfa seat. He has the genetics to be a world champion.
Sergio Perez - Haas
Haas might have a steal if they are able to pick up the 5th ranked driver in the world.
Callum Ilott - Haas
With Haas hungry for a new youngster from F2, Callum Ilott is a perfect fit for the job.
George Russell - Williams
George Russell has potential. He just needs a good car to back it up.
Nicholas Latifi - Williams
There are definitely better options for Williams than Latifi, but for the cost he is at, he is a solid option.
